AIS 040 CYCLONE

The AIS 040 Cyclone incinerator is recognized for being very effective at dealing with animal-by-products generated across the agricultural sector and managing day to day mortality of farming operations including; Broiler sites, due to the AIS 040’s unique ability to handle the volume changes that occur within the crop cycle AND Nursery sites where farms are dealing with piglet mortality daily.

The uniqueness of the AIS 040 comes from the grate bars, supplied as standard in this machine. The flexibility of the use of the grate bars allows you to increase or decrease the spacing between them, depending on waste type. The design of the grate bars allows the ash to fall through to the floor of the main chamber and with ash doors, fitted as standard, this allows you to safely remove ash whilst the machine is in operation, so you can keep on loading and burning your waste, saving time.

AIS 1250 CYCLONE

Larger capacity, higher burn rate incinerator can handle large and regular quantities of animal waste and are suited for a wide range of animal carcasses and animal-by-products generated across the agricultural sector including; Pigs & Sows, Poultry, Dairy / Beef Cattle, Abattoirs, Slaughterhouses, Rendering Operations, Meat Processors and Sheep.

This machine is very easy to load via a slide Open/Close lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving full access to a large main burning chamber. Manual lid opening operation is standard on the AIS 1250
